‘Believe it or not, it has been ten years since Humanity First USA has been established in USA’ said Mr. Munum A. Nareem, Executive Director of Humanity First USA; an international non-government organization (NGO) focused on disaster relief and human development. It enable vulnerable communities, particularly in Africa, Asia and Latin America to help themselves out of poverty through education, training and resources in the areas of healthcare, water and sanitation and agriculture.
“Drawing strength from our domestic and global resources, we aim to relieve suffering caused by natural disaster and human conflict, promote peace and understanding, and strengthen people's capacity to help themselves”.
Mr. Nareen made his presentation at the Muslim Convention held at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex and Expo Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on the weekend of August 15th through 17th. The event was organized by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community USA, one of the nation's oldest American Muslim organizations celebrating its 66th annual Jalsa Salana Peace Conference. Thousands from across the US attended.
